Clearing Browser Cache
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Empty Cashe...
- When the small pop-up window appears with the message "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?", click on Empty .
Enabling JavaScript and the Java2 Environment
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Preferences...
- Click on the Security icon (tab) and a new menu will appear.
- Under Web Content, check the following Items Enable plug-ins , Enable Java , Enable Javascript .
4. Close Preferences window.
Enabling Cookies

Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Preferences...
- Click on the Security icon (tab) and a new menu will appear.
- Under Accept Cookies , check Always .
- Close Preferences window.
Resetting Safari
- Click Safari on the Safari menu bar and select Reset Safari...
- When the small pop-up window appears, click Reset .
Clearing Java Cache
- On the hard drive, go to /Applications/Utilities/Java/
- Launch "Java Web Start".
- Under the "Java Web Start" menu in the top MacOS toolbar, select Preferences...
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- In the bottom pane, click on "Clear Folder".
