Meeting Maker is a collaborative calendaring, contact and scheduling software program. It is particularly useful for coordinating group or meeting room schedules.  Access to BGSU's Meeting Maker Server is available by using a web client or a desktop client.

ITS supports Meeting Maker and provides support to faculty and staff and some student employees on currently supported desktop systems. An appropriate number of Meeting Maker licenses have been purchased for faculty and staff use, and for some student employees whose job functions require that they have an account.

Information regarding account eligibility is available in the Meeting Maker Policies document.

How to Begin Using Meeting Maker

  • Request a Meeting Maker account by completing the Meeting Maker Account Request Form
  • If you want to access your calendar using the web client, login to the Meeting Maker server at https://bgsumm.bgsu.edu/.
  • Those with PalmOS PDA's and others who want to access their calendar using the desktop client should install the appropriate Meeting Maker software from the BGSU Software Server. If you would like help with Meeting Maker software installation on a university-owned computer, please indicate that on the account request form.
  • Frequently asked questions, installation instructions, a web client quick reference guide and information about Meeting Maker online manuals are available on our Meeting Maker Self Help page.
  • Meeting Maker training is available through Continuing & Extended Education. Please see their schedule for training dates and times or to register for a training session.
  • Faculty and Staff can use the Meeting Maker Group Change Request Form to report changes in Meeting Maker groups.
  • Contact the Technology Support Center (TSC) at 2-0999 or via email with your Meeting Maker questions or to obtain support.
