Course shells are batch created using SIS information 4 weeks prior to start of the semester. Updates run weekly. |
| Enroll |
Shells created from the aforementioned batch process are enrolled using SIS information. Updates are made weekly except for
two weeks before and after semester start. Enrollments are run daily during this time frame.

| Unavailable |
All shells with a specified term identifier are made unavailable. This action removes the link from the students' display.
Course ids with the suffix codes C, D, G, U and T are exempt from this step.
|
| Disable |
At the start of the 3rd week of the semester all shells with a term identifier for the previous semester are disabled. This
action removes the link from everyone's display. Course ids with the suffix codes C, D, G, U and T are exempt from this step.
|
| Delete |
On the first anniversary from the disabled date, courses are eligible for deletion. The exact date may change, but this step
will occur shortly after this anniversary. All shells with a specified term identifier are affected. No shells are exempt from this step.
