Email Self Help: Online, printable email guides are available for Macintosh and Windows users. These guides cover the settings you need to configure Eudora and other similar mail programs, and also introduce you to BGSU's E-mail web interface.

Computer Training for Employees: Hands-on seminars are scheduled regularly to train BGSU employees on everything from email basics to advanced tricks and tips.

Computer Training Centers: The CTCs offer a variety of hands-on training sessions. Classes are available on many topics.

Student Technology Center: StudentTech has tutors available on a walk-in or appointment basis for current BGSU students. They also offer technology workshops.

Technology Support Center: The TSC provides online, telephone and walk-in support to BGSU students, faculty and staff. Please have your BGSU ID available when you call or visit. The TSC staff can assist clients with forgotten passwords, mail forwarding, and other email questions.
