licensed period expires or is otherwise earlier terminated, whichever is first.

| Faculty/Staff Member's Personally-owned System |
Faculty/staff Work At Home Rights exist under the Campus Agreement. Faculty and staff who use a copy of Windows Operating
System or Office at BGSU, have the right to run one copy of that product on a home PC that is owned or leased, for school-related
purposes only. Faculty/staff can acquire the media for $10 each, plus tax, at the BGSU Bookstore. Acquisitions are limited
to one copy of each product. When a newer version is released by Microsoft, then the faculty/staff member can acquire the
newer version. Microsoft restricts faculty/staff to one platform of Office (i.e. faculty/staff are not eligible to acquire
one Macintosh version of Office and one Windows version of Office). Faculty/staff do not own the software and are allowed
to use the software only while employed by BGSU and only while a Campus Agreement is in effect.
Under the Student Select program, Faculty/staff have an option to purchase either Windows Operating System Upgrade and/or
Office (Macintosh or Windows) at the BGSU Bookstore for $62.00 each, plus tax, for each product. The software will be owned
at the time of purchase. Purchases are limited to one copy of each product. When a newer version is released by Microsoft,
then the faculty/staff member can acquire the newer version. Microsoft restricts faculty/staff to one platform of Office (i.e.
faculty/staff are not eligible to acquire one Macintosh version of Office and one Windows version of Office).
