Telephone Service Requests

To request new telephone services, or to alter/remove existing services, please submit the appropriate form to the TSC. If you are moving a phone to a different location in the same building, or a different location on campus, you may move the phone yourself without contacting the TSC.

Cisco Phone FAQ's

The phone displays are set to be active from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Outside of these hours, the display is off but pressing any button or lifting the handset will turn the display on.

This phone directory information is published as new users are added to the new phone system.  The BGSU phone directory will include only users who have been cutover to the new system.  Once the process is complete, the phone directory will be complete.
