If you are a BGSU student, all information displayed in a BGSU Directory Search except your e-mail address depends on your status.

  • student living on campus (except graduate assistants) : your address and phone is your campus residence and campus phone number
  • graduate student with an assistantship : your address and phone is for the department funding your contract unless you request a change to your campus mailing address through the Graduate College
  • student living off campus (except graduate assistants) : your address and phone is your off-campus local address and local phone if reported to Registration & Records; otherwise your permanent address and home phone number

You can view most of the data displayed in a BGSU Directory Search and see the campus office to contact to correct errors by logging into MyBGSU and using the BGSU Data Verification application in the My Services module. Also included are links to printable forms you can fill out and turn in at the Office of Registration & Records, 110 Administration Building.
