BGSU selected Pinnacle to provide telephone billing information accessible via the web. Those have accounts on the system can access it at https://pinnacle.bgsu.edu . You automatically have an account if you are a designated department contact. The software provides several portals that can be used to access the system based on your role.

• The Department Portal is for use by those designated as the department contact for offices at BGSU.
• The Administration Portal is for ITS use only for Pinnacle System Administrator.

Your monthly phone bill is at https://pinnacle.bgsu.edu on the 5th of each month. By logging in, you can view an itemized list of your calling card charges. You will only see one entry for total long-distance charges when billed. Department charges are processed by the Business Office.
