BGSU selected Pinnacle to provide telephone billing information accessible via the web. Those have accounts on the system can access it at https://pinnacle.bgsu.edu . You automatically have an account if you are a designated department contact. The software provides several portals that
can be used to access the system based on your role.
The Department Portal is for use by those designated as the department contact for offices at BGSU.
The Administration Portal is for ITS use only for Pinnacle System Administrator.
Your monthly phone bill is at https://pinnacle.bgsu.edu on the 5th of each month. By logging in, you can view an itemized list of your calling card charges. You will only see one
entry for total long-distance charges when billed. Department charges are processed by the Business Office.
