Softkeys SoftKey - The softkeys are the four unlabeled round keys located directly below the display panel. The four round display control buttons, labeled Menu, Exit, Prev, and Next are located under the softkeys. The figure below shows the location of the softkeys in relation to the display panel and and the display control buttons. Click here for more information about using softkeys.

Feature Buttons FeatureKey - At least three of these buttons are devoted to incoming/outgoing calls (call appearances) and are labeled with an extension number. Buttons a and b are for incoming and outgoing calls; c is for outgoing only. The remaing buttons access features. Each has a red light indicating the line you are using or you will get when you lift your handset. The green status light next to each call appearance and feature button tells you the line or feature is being used. Extra feature buttons are often used as busy lamps to indicate when a certain staff member is using their phone and to automatically dial their station.

Volume Control VolumeKey - Used to adjust volume of speaker, ring, and handset.

* This feature is only available by request.
