 Information Technology Services is now taking applications for the following positions:
Information Technology Services (ITS) is one of the largest employers of university students on campus. Each year ITS employs
over 80 students as lab assistants, consultants, programmers, supervisors, technical writers, and technical support staff.
Our current list of job titles includes over sixty positions, many of which include growth paths so students receive additional compensation as their responsibilities
and skills increase. In addition to earning a modest income, students get the opportunity to work with professionals and peers
with similar interests while gaining valuable work experience. Internship credit is also available.
Current students can access information about on-campus job openings using BGSU Worknet accessible through the Career Center homepage. Student Employment, 109 Conklin North (phone: 419-372-2865) is part of the Career Center, a division of Student Affairs
at BGSU.
Besides the positions available through Student Employment, ITS also provides funding for several graduate assistantships.
These students receive both a stipend and fee waiver. Notifications about these openings are made to University department
representatives.
As openings become available, they will be posted on this page. Students can then fill in our online application form. Students can type directly on this form on-screen, either within a web browser window or within Adobe Acrobat. Completed
applications can then be printed and dropped off at our department office in 207 Hayes Hall or sent as an email attachment
to the supervisor listed above.
