ITS Labs On-line Reservation Cancellation form

If a last-minute (less than four hours before the scheduled time) cancellation of an open lab is necessary, please call the lab to cancel. Open labs are labs that are ordinarily available to all students, faculty, and staff. Phone numbers are available on the lab facilities page.

For cancellations of other existing ITS lab reservations , enter the information requested in the appropriate fields. When you are ready to send your request, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom.
