There are no preferred clients. Reservations are handled by the Office of Registration and Records until they release the books for the semester, approximately two weeks before classes begin. Instructors should submit a request in writing addressed to Kathy Dean -- email: kkdean@bgnet.bgsu.edu ; office phone number: 419-372-7951; FAX phone number: 419-372-7977. Information Technology Services handles reservations during the semester.

For the fall and spring semesters, this facility is available to be reserved during these times:

•  Monday through Thursday : 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  
•  Friday : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  
•  Saturday and Sunday : NOT AVAILABLE
  
  

Over the summer, Olscamp Computer Classroom is available to be reserved:

•  Monday through Thursday : 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM
  
•  Friday : 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  
•  Saturday and Sunday : NOT AVAILABLE
