• COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) Installation
  • November 7, 2011 – Feb 9, 2012
  • Installation of PeopleSoft EPM and OBIEE within the Development Environment
• Governance

  • Development of Data Use and Security Policy

Phase II

• Data Mart Completion
  • February 20 – September 14, 2012
    • Repeat all instillation tasks for subsequent environments
    • Quality and Assurance – 15 April, 2012
    • Pre-Production – 11 May, 2012
    • Production – 30 June, 2012
    • Load additional data marts in each environment
  • As of September 14, 2012 – All Data Marts complete
    • Establishes 100% of canned reports and dashboards
• Governance
  • Continued development of Data Dictionary
  • Continued development of Data Use and Security Policy
  • Establishment of training requirements for all users

• Customized Report and Dashboard Development
  • Produce and distribute standard reports
