What is the Client Agreement Form?

A Client Agreement Form must be submitted with each group of images. This is for the protection of all involved. We encourage you to read the agreement thoroughly before signing it.

Simply put, it confirms that the submitter holds all copyright authority and grants the Digital Media Resource Center (DMRC) permission to post the images on our public website. It does not give away any other rights – the owner does not lose any copyright privileges and the DMRC cannot do anything else with the images.

It also explains a little about the images being submitted, outlines the copyright and terms and conditions of use statements that will be used, and explains loss or damage responsibilities. As this is a pilot project, there is no cost for inclusion so the “Fees” section of the agreement will list $0.00 as the total cost.
