Several Administrative Computer Systems support the various administrative user offices on campus. These offices provide services
such as student grade processing, billing, payroll, accounting and many others. The information from these offices is stored
on the legacy mainframe databases. This data is now being made available to our students and staff through Web and Interactive
Voice Response(IVR) applications.
To obtain access to any of these systems, first a CICS logon ID must be obtained from Information Technology Services. For
information about how to obtain this CICS access, contact the Technology Support Center. They can be reached via the web or by phone at 419-372-0999.
