What to do before you arrive:

1.  Pay your I-901 fee, if needed

2.  Activate your BGSU Email Account and Portal

• How to activate your BGNET Account

3. Fill out the Health Assessment Forms.

• Health Assessment Form
• Required Immunizations

4. Arrange for Housing and Airport Pickup

Arrival and housing:

• Arrival and Temporary Housing Information Form
  Undergraduate Students who will live on campus may stay on campus upon arrival.  All other students must reserve a hotel or arrange for other housing.  See the link below for Off-campus housing.

• Passport
• Visa
• I-94 (white card inside your passport)
• I-20 (stamped) or DS-2019 (stamped)
• Completed Health Assessment Form (if you did not turn in before)
• Insurance information if you have any
• Any transcripts and course descriptions if you are transferring
