Compliance Day - June 1, 2017 at 9:00 am

 

The Office of Human Resources invites you to join us at our 5th annual Compliance Day.  We will host the EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, OCRC, Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, Veterans Programs and the Ability Center.  Sessions will cover a variety of topics regarding new regulations, strategic enforcement plans, resources for information, and much more.

TIME:          9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Registration opens at 8:00 am

Agenda for Compliance Day

The EEO/Compliance team monitors University compliance with federal and state equal opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations. The OHR will monitor institutional employment practices and procedures, as well as investigating and resolving discrimination and harassment complaints. The office conducts training programs and presentations on affirmative action, sexual and racial harassment, and a wide range of diversity programs and workshops in order to assure the most wholesome and productive learning and work environment for students, faculty, and staff.
