Office of General Counsel

Our office provides legal advice and representation to the BGSU Board of Trustees, President, Officers and employees acting within the scope of their employment. Services include advice and counsel on all matters having legal implication for the University. You should not contact a law firm directly. The General Counsel will determine if the situation can be handled internally or if special counsel will be needed.

The office does not provide personal legal advice.
