Certificate Programs Eligible for Federal (Title IV) Financial Aid

Federal and state financial aid funds are generally limited to those students who are admitted into and pursuing a degree (Associate, Bachelors, Masters, Doctoral). There are a limited number of Certificate programs that have received permission through the U.S. Department of Education and are eligible to receive Title IV financial aid if all eligibility requirements have been met. All certificate programs lead to Gainful Employment upon completion.

Graduate Level Certificate Programs Eligible for Title IV Aid:

  • Geospatial Technology
  • Bioinformatics, Proteomics/Genomics
  • Women’s Studies
  • Ethnic Studies
  • Organizational Change (program discontinued as of Fall 2012)
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Construction Management
  • Quality Systems
Undergraduate Level Certificate Programs Eligible for Title IV Aid:
  • Management and Supervision Certificate
  • Bookkeeping Certificate Program
  • Business Applications Specialists
  • Small Business Management Certification
