Office of Equity & Diversity (OED)
The Office of Equity & Diversity (OED) monitors University compliance with federal and state equal opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations. This includes monitoring institutional employment practices and procedures, as well as investigating and resolving discrimination and harassment complaints.
The office conducts training programs and presentations on affirmative action, sexual and racial harassment, and a wide range of diversity programs and workshops in order to assure the most wholesome and productive learning and work environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Wage and Hour Division
These agencies will be offering free, open training sessions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesay, May 27, in 201 Bowen-Thompson Student Union.
Sessions will cover new regulations and VEVRAA, Title VII, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA), minimum wage, overtime, record keeping, child labor laws, and hiring for veterans and individuals with disabilities.
