Anne of Green Gables Auditions

The Black Swamp Players and the Horizon Youth Theatre will hold auditions for Anne of Green Gables July 27th and 28th at 7:00 pm in the Wooster Street Center (1124 E. Wooster St., Bowling Green, Ohio) which is across from Rogers Quad.  Auditions are open to everyone ages 10 year and up.   Rehearsals will begin on July 30th and run until the performance dates of September 18th through 28th.   The cast includes roles for seven adult women, five adult men, eleven girls and five boys.   

The play is based on the popular book by Lucy Maud Montgomery.  This production will be directed by Scott Regan, professor emeritus of Theatre and Film at BGSU.  

Horizon Youth Theatre is supported by the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Foundation, the Bowling Green Community Foundation, and the Bowling Green State University Department of Theatre and Film.
