For our topic we choose a subject that we were all interested in and one that was extremely relevant to today's popular culture. Our topic discusses and reports on the content and images that today's popular music artists portray. Some artists in today's society not only portray negative images, but also portray violent ones that can negatively effect their followers. In this report we will discuss and reflect on different aspects of this subject such as censorship, the glorification of drugs in music, pop stars images and influence on videos, messages in hip hop videos, and the lifestyle portrayals of these stars.
