After giving you a non-biased compliation of articles, we give you our opinions on sex in advertising.

Tarra Baranski: "I think the way the media shows women to look is wrong. Nobody really looks that perfect and for someone who has low self esteem, looking at ads of perfect women is only going to lower it."

Alexander Adams: "I've never really thought much of the portrayal of men and women as sex objects. I mean, I realize that I'm constantly exposed to it, but I don't really buy into it... Except in 7th grade when I bought Tomb Raider II because Lara Croft was 'hot'.... But that was 7th grade. Now, I'm more media literate, and I'm neutral to the issue."

Jen Berecek: "Sex in advertising is something that is not a new trend, but with each year continues to get increasingly shocking. Although ads are intended to be eyecatching, some ads "catch your eye," for the wrong reasons. It Advertising agencies and the like, should focus more on the product and who they are selling it to (age targeted), this is what they SHOULD get paid for and what should be in their job description, not perversion and able to "excite others" by provocative pictures."
