Department of Sociology

Meredith Gilbertson began teaching in the department in August 2005.  She teaches Principles of Sociology, Population and Society, Statistical Packages, and occasionally Introductory Statistics.  She wants all of her students to understand how the tools and perspectives of sociology are relevant in their own lives.  She is also an advisor to students majoring in sociology.  She is happy to meet with students to discuss their academic questions, issues, and goals.
