Larry Gibbs is a current recipient of the Presidential Graduate Fellowship at Bowling Green State University pursuing a doctoral
degree in Sociology. His previous undergraduate and graduate training was received at the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
His area of concentration is in the field of demography with research interests in fertility, adolescent reproductive health
and adolescent sexual relationships. Dr. Laura Sanchez is his temporary adviser while his mentors are Dr. Wendy Manning and
Dr. Kara Joyner.
