Kelly Stamper Balistreri received her Ph.D. in Sociology with a concentration in demography from Bowling Green State University in 2006. Her research examines the health and well being of at‐risk families as well as the socioeconomic incorporation of youth from immigrant families. Much of her work examines the implications of socioeconomic inequality on child health and well being. Her ongoing projects include the study of family complexity and childhood food insecurity, as well as the unmet need for health care among immigrant families in the United States. |
