The Great Lakes Interscholastic Press Association is now a part of the Ohio Scholastic Media Association.  Formed in 2007 from members of GLIPA and two other high school journalism associations, OSMA is a statewide group that could use the strengths of each of the original groups but also provide a unified voice for the state’s student journalists and their teachers, a real plus for funding, support and legislative action.
