Requirements for Studies in French:

Students who had French in high school should attend the placement session during pre-registration or contact the department prior to enrollment in a course. Credit will not be given for course work more than the highest level completed in high school, unless authorized by the chair of the department.

Major

• (27 hours at 3000 level and 4000 level)(minor also required)
• FREN 3560, 3570, 3630, 3660, 3730, 3760 (18 hours)
• Electives at 4000-level (9 hours).

Minor

• (18 hours at 3000 level)
