Welcome Back! On October 14th, the French House, Students, Faculty from the Romance and Classical Studies Department, other BGSU Faculty
and Administrators came together for the annual Welcome Back party at La Maison. Traditionally this is an occasion to Welcome Back our students who were studying abroad the previous year and to welcome
incoming Francophone students.
La Fête des Rois On January 26th, we celebrated the traditional French holiday, la Fête des Rois, a combination of a Roman celebration (Les Saturnales) and a Christian celebration (Epiphany).
MARDI GRAS Always our most successful event of the year, we celebrated Mardi Gras on February 24th. We chose a Louisianan celebration
this year. Another successful event!
