IPRA projects are staffed by faculty and advanced doctoral students in the BGSU Psychology Department. Typically, given project specifications, staff members stem from the nationally recognized Industrial/Organizational psychology program. The overall goal, however, when staffing IPRA projects is to put together a team with experience and skill sets most suited
to the project. As a result, faculty and students across the entire university serve as potential team members when needed.
