Outreach Grant Program
A competitive outreach grant program, called "Helping Those Who Help Others" was created in 1999-00. A committee of ten graduate
students, supervised by Dr. Rogelberg, met weekly through the fall semester of 1999 to develop the structure of the grant
program. This grant program was designed to help non-profit service agencies by delivering them IPRA services free of charge.
Two Outreach Grant Program projects have been completed to date. The first project, in which work was completed in the fall
of 2000, was with the organization First Step. The second project was conducted with Planned Parenthood of Northwest Ohio
and work was completed in summer, 2002.

Shadowing Program
A shadowing program was recently created, wherein students are given the opportunity to "shadow" a professional I/O psychologist
for a day, in order to see firsthand the daily activities of a professional in the field. Numerous students have participated
in this program thus far, shadowing I/O psychologists at organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Dow Chemical, and Development
Dimensions International.
