      "My research focuses on predictors and consequences of recovery from work demands (in the evening, during the weekend or during vacation). For example, in how far are experiences during leisure time related to experiences and behaviors in the work setting? Additionally, I am interested in the causal relationships between emotions and behaviors in the workplace."
