My research examines the work-family interface and how (in)effective management of the work-work-family interface affects personal and organizational outcomes. In tandem I conduct research on “non-traditional” populations (e.g., older workers, individuals with excessive family demands). I also conduct research on broader issues of worker health and safety. Across these lines of research I am interested in methodologically based research questions and the application of different statistical techniques. Taking Grad Students?
