The Department of Philosophy at Bowling Green State University invites applications for an Instructor position beginning Fall
2009. This is a one-year position with full benefits and a possibility of renewal. Teaching load is six-seven courses for
the year with three preparations per semester. Course load will include introductory normative courses such as Business Ethics,
Medical Ethics, and Philosophy of Death and Dying as well as Introduction to Logic. M.A. in Philosophy is required; PH.D.
desired. Salary is competitive and commensurate with peer institution levels for rank and position and in keeping with candidate
