Who are we?

We are a group of mostly undergraduate and graduate philosophy students who get together for various philosophical activities. We welcome non-philosophy majors as well.

What do we do?

We get together regularly to philosophize, but in a pretty informal way. Sometimes we watch a film or a television show (e.g. Camus's "The Plague ") and then talk about it afterwards over pizza and refreshments. Sometimes, we have someone in to give a talk.

In the past year, our activities have also included co-sponsoring the "Great Debates" series, in which controversial topics were debated by faculty members and graduate students.

• Regular meetings every Thursday at 8 pm,
• Location varies:check with the club president if you plan on attending.
