"The Moral Legacy of Slavery" by Lucius T. Outlaw, Jr.
Abstract. In this paper, I'll explore, among other matters, what might be thought of as a "moral legacy" of slavery; who might
be obligated morally by such a legacy; what might be required of those so obligated. At issue, of course, are the challenging
(vexing?) matters of 'justice across generations', the accumulation and transfer of wealth and deficits across generations,
and how "justice" can be achieved with regard to such accumulations and transfers.
