Welcome to the third issue of the Chocolate Fish!

In this issue, you'll find articles about our three newest faculty members: Dave Shoemaker, Jeff Moriarty and Campbell Brown, one about a retired (in theory) faculty member, Don Scherer. There's also a word from the current Acting Chair, Lou Katzner.

There are also pictures and reports of the Physicalism Conference held in April 2005, the Undergraduate Research Awards and Conference, academic achievements within the department, social events, news about former and present members of the department and of course the Fish Picture Caption Competition.
