Concrete Adjectives and their Forms

A WebQuest for Spanish students studying Concrete Adjectives and their Forms.

Introduction

This webquest is designed for Spanish as a Second Language learners to practice the four main skills of language (reading, writing, listening and speaking) using concrete adjectives and their forms.

 

Learners

This particular webquest is designed for adolescent and older beginning Spanish speakers.

Prior to the lesson learners will need to have an introductory knowledge of ser and estar and modifiers pertaining to personal characteristics.

 

Curriculum Standards

Conforms to the curriculum standards of Bowling Green State University 's Spanish program in the Department of Romance and Classical Studies as well as the Ohio Department of Education Foreign Language Standards.

 

Process

Lesson should be done in a 50 minute lab.

This particular webquest should be done individually.

Instructor should have experience using Audacity (a digital recording software), Microsoft Word, and the internet.

Conclusion

Students will be receiving practice with the adjectives of characteristics, and a cursory knowledge of Hispanic dating habits.
