Introduction
This webquest is designed for students at the GERM 202-level to help reinforce major grammatical elements learned throughout their German studies using the four elements of communication: reading, writing, speaking, listening. |
Learners
This webquest is designed for German undergraduate students starting at the 202-level, therefore the assumption is that they have enough knowledge of the German language to apply successfully for the academic year abroad in Salzburg, Austria program (AYA Salzburg). |
Curriculum Standards
Conforms to the curriculm standards of Bowling Green State University's German language courses. |
Process
Lesson should be done in a 50 minute lab.
Should be done individually.
Students should have experience using a digital recording software (such as Audacity), a word processor (such as Microsoft Word), and the internet. |

Evaluation
Each task will be evaluated based on 1) the correct use of given grammatical concepts, 2) completing the tasks as directed, 3) the quality and creativity of effort. This is defined in detail in the rubric listed on the Evaluation page. |
Conclusion
At the conclusion of the assignment students will have reinforced major grammatical concepts in the German language while preparing themselves to apply for the real AYA Salzburg program. |
