A meeting of the Japanese Club
The Japanese Club is one of the multicultural student organizations. It
is to promote Japanese language and culture, and friendship among those who
study Japanese. The club meets every other week to talk and learn about Japan
and things related to Japan One topic is given for each meeting, such as
the tea ceremony, flower arrangement, origami, cooking, martial arts. Slide
and video shows, anime, presentations by returnees of the exchange and intern
programs, etc. enliven furthermore the activities. Most of the meetings are
held at the Nakamoto
Room for Japanese Studies.
