If you have special housing-related requests, note them on the back of your application form and contact us to discuss them.

Non-BGSU students: If you are planning to take a language course to fulfill a requirement at your home institution, you should inform the appropriate advisor or office on your campus of your intentions. We will be happy to provide your advisor with information on credit options and detailed descriptions of each course level.

3. Student Consent, Medical Authorization & Release Form
4. ISIC Application

You may be accepted to the to the program once we have your Program Application and Conduct Agreement, **but you cannot be enrolled for credit until we have your Medical Authorization and ISIC Application.**
