Application Forms can be sent either electronically or by traditional mail. All materials must be received by March 31, 2010. BGSU students requesting to be considered for department scholarships must submit the application by March 1, 2010. All applicants will receive a personal e-mail confirmation within a few days of receipt of your materials. If you do not receive a confirmation, please phone or e-mail to confirm that we have your application.
