Profile: Areas of Specialization include: Latin American Thought, Mexican Philosophy, Chicano Studies, the Borderlands. His manuscript entitled Existentialism in Mexico: Octavio Paz’s Theory of Self is currently under review for publication. He is also editing “A Fabricator of Universes: Selected Writings of Octavio Paz,” an anthology of writings sampled from Paz’s collected works.
