Every year the Department of Biological Sciences at Bowling Green State University has a research retreat in which 
selected faculty and graduate students give talks about their research programs, engage in discussions over lunch, and review poster presentations by
graduate faculty and students. This year we would like to extend an invitation to graduating seniors or master's degree students in biology, particularly
those thinking about attending or continuing graduate school, to come visit us and attend our research retreat. You will have an excellent opportunity to
learn more about our graduate program and meet faculty and students.
The environment here in biology at BGSU
is one of accomplishment, curiosity, and camaraderie, all in a small-town atmosphere. Training and education are cutting-edge and we have an established
reputation of placing our graduates in professional positions where they utilize their graduate training.
