The cadre consists of Air Force officers and noncommissioned officers, as well as civilian personnel that are responsible for leading and running the detachment. Our officers are also instructors, responsible for teaching AF material and preparing cadets to be future leaders as officers in the United States Air Force. Our cadets are responsible for running detachment activities and presenting lesson plans at leadership lab, but the cadre ensures cadet duties are carried out to meet the Air Force’s performance standards.
