Captain Bruck graduated in 2008 and spent the next year attending training across the country. In June of 2009 he started Undergraduate Pilot Training and received his wings in July of 2010. Upon graduation he went to Fairchild AFB, WA and Altus AFB for futher specialized training to become a KC-135 pilot. He moved to McConnell AFB, KS in 2011 and has deployed three times from that location. While stateside, multiple TDYs, exercises, and squadron duties keep him busy when he's not flying.
Captain Bruck is scheduled to PCS in 2014 but he hasn't been told where yet. Possibilities include cross-training to other aircraft, moving to an overseas station, or being initial training cadre for the Air Force's new KC-46 tanker.
