The Introduction Page consists of a collage of 550 different images. The images are of people, objects, events, and items that some graduate students of ACS considered important, integral, humorous, or interesting in regards to the many facets and disciplinary foci of our studies in the American Culture Studies Program at Bowling Green State University. Although most people included would fall into a "hero" category, special care was taken to ensure that many "enemies" and "dislikable sorts" made it in - we will not admit who is who.

The collage presented as an homage to the many people and events that make up the fields of cultural and American studies. The images are used with the utmost respect to the subject(s) of the image and the owner(s) of the image. If you are the owner of one of the included images or are the subject of one of the images included, please do not hesitate to request its removal if you see fit.
