ABOUT AUDIO/VIDEO NEEDS:
We are currently finalizing our audio/visual needs policy. Last year, our a/v costs were astronomically high. In an attempt to keep costs low, we are asking all presenters to avoid relying on a/v equipment if at all possible. We understand that a/v equipment is very much a part of the modern academic presentation and for that reason we will be able to accomodate a limited amount of a/v requests without additional charge to the presenter. More information to come as it developes.
