Wikipedia and the BGSU Community

Wikipedia is a cultural document used by students and scholars to understand the breadth of popular topics. Many people argue that Wikipedia is something that harms education and the production of knowledge. However, denying Wikipedia place in education and research causes more problems. Our workshop is a reflection on how the BGSU educational community engages with Wikipedia.

Facilitator: Suzanne Berg, Rob Snyder, Joshua Atkinson, Paul Bissa, Andrew Black, Susan Nelson, Abagail Van Vlerah, and Ann Westrick
