In this workshop, Dallas Black will discuss practical strategies for encouraging student engagement, growth and retention. This workshop will address challenges currently facing educators nationwide and propose affective solutions for effectively connecting with the increasingly disconnected students in university classes. Dallas is a Spanish teacher at the Bowling Green High School and part-time Spanish instructor in Romance and Classical Studies.
